His deep technical knowledge of Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax platforms has helped establish PSP Diesel as a trusted leader in diesel and gas vehicle repair in South Houston. Richard Alvarado – Co-Owner & Lead Technician
As co-owner and lead technician, Richard Alvarado brings years of mechanical expertise and leadership to PSP Diesel & Automotive. Known for his precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability, Richard oversees shop operations, quality control, and team training. Gustavo Hernandez – Shop Foreman
Gustavo Hernandez serves as Shop Foreman at PSP Diesel & Automotive, bringing strong leadership and extensive technical knowledge to the team. With experience across multiple platforms including Ford Powerstroke, GM Duramax, and Ram Cummins engines, Gustavo plays a vital role in ensuring each vehicle is repaired with precision and efficiency. Jason Hernandez – Fleet Manager
